Nghe An Provincial Party Standing Committee selects 4 Party Congresses for the 2025 - 2030 term
On the morning of September 30, in Vinh city, the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term XIX, 2020 - 2025, held the 19th Conference.
Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired.
Attending the meeting were comrades: Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades representing the Central Party Office and Central Party Committees in charge of Nghe An and comrades members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee.
Pursuant to Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued Plan No. 269-KH/TU on implementation; Notice No. 09-TT/TU on Party Congresses at all levels.
Accordingly, the Party cell congresses under the grassroots Party Committees will start from January 2025 and be completed before March 31, 2025; the Party member congresses or grassroots-level congresses will start from April 2025 and be completed before June 30, 2025; the Party congresses at the district level and equivalent will be completed before August 31, 2025 and the Provincial Party Congress will be completed before October 31, 2025.
For units organizing congresses at the grassroots level, in the first quarter of 2025; at the district level and equivalent, in the second quarter of 2025.
Information at the meeting said that the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee selected 4 district-level Party Committees to direct the model congresses for the 2025-2030 term, including: Tan Ky district, Dien Chau district, Vinh city and the Provincial Police Party Committee.
