(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, January 23, under the chairmanship of comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee conducted the awarding of grassroots Party organizations and Party cells, awarding of excellent Party secretaries and Party members, and classification of cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in 2012. Also attending were representatives of the Party Central Committee Office.

According to the report of the Provincial Party Committee, as of December 31, 2012, the total number of cadres subject to the Standing Committee's evaluation and classification was 310 comrades. After reviewing and evaluating the application documents of the units, the results of the Party organization and professional classification of the units, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has compiled and submitted to the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee for the expected classification. Specifically as follows: 127 comrades have excellently completed their tasks, 161 comrades have well completed their tasks, 12 comrades have completed their tasks and 2 comrades have not completed their tasks, 5 comrades have been newly appointed.

Regarding the Proposal to commend grassroots party organizations and party cells, excellent grassroots party committee secretaries and party members, specifically as follows: considering awarding flags to grassroots party organizations that achieved exemplary clean and strong status for 5 consecutive years from 2008 to 2012 for 12/15 units as requested by the base; awarding certificates of merit to grassroots party organizations that achieved exemplary clean and strong status for 3 consecutive years from 2010 to 2012 for 37/43 units as requested by the base; awarding certificates of merit to party cells directly under the grassroots party committees that achieved exemplary clean and strong status for 5 consecutive years from 2008 to 2012 for 78/87 units as requested by the base; awarding certificates of merit to 4 departments of the Provincial Party Committee that excellently completed their tasks in 2012.

Regarding the individual awards for excellent secretaries for 5 consecutive years for 8 comrades/10 comrades at the request of 8 party committees; awarding certificates of merit to party members who have excellently completed their tasks for 177 comrades/194 comrades at the request of the base.
