Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee met with relatives and families of war invalids and martyrs and donated to support people in flood-affected areas.

Attending the meeting were comrade Le Duc Cuong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee and all cadres who are children of war invalids and martyrs currently working in specialized departments and offices of the Provincial Party Organization Committee.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Le Duc Cuong expressed his deep gratitude for the great sacrifices and losses of generations of fathers and brothers in the cause of national liberation and defense of the Fatherland. He emphasized that organizing a meeting with cadres who are children of war invalids and martyrs not only demonstrates the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", but is also an opportunity to express gratitude and encourage comrades to continue promoting revolutionary traditions, striving to make positive contributions to the work of building the Party and the political system in the locality.

At the meeting, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee presented gifts to 17 officials and civil servants whose parents were war invalids and martyrs during the two resistance wars to protect the country.

Also at the meeting, responding to the appeal letter of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province to support people affected by storm No. 3 (Wipha), comrade Le Duc Cuong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee called on all cadres, civil servants and workers to promote the tradition of mutual love, sharing, and providing spiritual and material support, contributing to helping people affected by floods stabilize their lives and quickly restore production.

In that spirit, each cadre, civil servant and employee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee donated at least one day's salary to the Fund for natural disaster and flood relief of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the total amount of donations this time was 45 million VND.
