The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee announced decisions on personnel work.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; leaders of the Department and all cadres and party members in the agency.

At the ceremony, decisions on early retirement of cadres according to Decree 178 of the Government were approved for 4 comrades including: Comrade Nguyen Duc Hoai, born on March 21, 1964, Chief of Office of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee (before the merger); 3 drivers, including: Comrade Nguyen Dinh Lam, born on April 12, 1972; Comrade Nguyen Hong Ngan, born on January 20, 1967; Comrade Vo Quoc Cuong, born on November 29, 1967.

Approved the decisions to appoint heads of specialized departments, including: Comrade Ngo Cong Manh - Chief of Office of the Board; Comrade Le Van Tam - Head of Propaganda - Press - Publishing Department; Comrade Phan Thi Minh Ly - Head of Political Theory and Party History Department; Comrade Vuong Minh Duc - Head of Mass Organizations and Associations Department; Comrade Hun Quang Minh - Head of Mass Mobilization Department of State Agencies, Ethnicity, Religion; Comrade Ha Thi Thu Hoai - Head of Science, Culture, and Arts Department. At the same time, approved the decision to appoint 10 Deputy Heads of specialized departments.

Presenting flowers, congratulating the comrades who asked to retire early and giving a speech assigning tasks to the comrades appointed after the merger, comrade Ngoc Kim Nam requested that the comrades appointed to lead the department should promote their strengths, abilities, teamwork, solidarity, and immediately get to work to continue to effectively implement the tasks of propaganda and mass mobilization in the coming time, ensuring the right time and progress and not leaving the assigned tasks and areas vacant; constantly studying, improving qualifications, cultivating skills and tasks, and completing the assigned tasks well.
