The delegation of the Propaganda Department of Xieng Khouang province respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate and express their infinite gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh - the outstanding son of Nghe An homeland, the great leader of the Vietnamese people.

President Ho Chi Minh was the one who established the special relationship between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, and the relationship between the people of the two countries. Following his testament, the two peoples have always been united and attached with a steadfast love, which has been nurtured to be increasingly beautiful and sustainable.

Next, the delegation paid a courtesy visit to the leaders of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee. The delegation was welcomed by Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

At the meeting, the two sides quickly reported on the socio-economic development results of the two localities in 2018, creating many new steps forward.

Head of the Propaganda Department of Xieng Khouang Province, Bunphanhphan, thanked Nghe An Province for the warm welcome and said that this was the first time Nghe An and Xieng Khouang provinces had exchanged and learned experiences in the field of ideological work and Party building. In particular, in recent times, in order to promote the quality of Party building work, Xieng Khouang Province has sent cadres to Nghe An for training.

On behalf of the leaders of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son expressed his hope that the Propaganda Departments of the two provinces will have thorough exchanges and discussions on ideological education, focusing on promoting and preserving the special and loyal friendship tradition of the two peoples of Vietnam and Laos.
