Through monitoring, it is shown that, in general, the District People's Committee and related sectors have fully grasped the relevant documents at all levels; directed, inspected, and supervised the collection and expenditure work in schools. They have paid attention to thoroughly grasping the responsibility of Party committees and local authorities in the socialization of education, basically creating support from parents. The collection basically ensures the principles according to regulations, from planning, implementing mobilization according to the principle of self-agreement, enhancing the responsibility of the Parents' Association in mobilization. The average result of social mobilization is from 10 to 20 billion VND. In general, the source of funds collected from socialized sources is basically implemented for teaching and learning tasks, without allowing negativity to occur. However, some schools have not fully updated the documents related to the direction and guidance on the socialization of education and the activities of the Parents' Association.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son suggested that the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district should continue to direct the socialization of education, both to ensure increased resources for schools to serve teaching and learning tasks and to create high consensus among the people. Regularly remind schools about mobilization methods to ensure compliance with the principle of voluntariness. Every year, it is necessary to organize experience sharing and clearly publicize revenue and expenditure sources from socialization. Pay attention to directing schools to try to spread revenue sources into many periods during the year, avoiding creating pressure on parents. Pay attention to reviewing and evaluating the system of school facilities associated with the planning of the school network to have an overall view, from which to have a plan for investment, construction, and procurement for each year in a seamless manner for each school, avoiding the situation of unsustainable investment efficiency. Direct school boards to closely contact the parents' association to do the right thing, more closely in mobilizing socialized resources, avoiding arbitrariness.
