(Baonghean.vn) - Storm KOINU is reaching level 15, gusting over level 17 (approaching super typhoon level). It is forecasted that on the morning of October 5, the storm will enter the northeastern sea area of the North East Sea, continuing to maintain very strong intensity.
This morning (October 3), the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue and Civil Defense issued Official Dispatch No. 178/CV-VP-PCTT to relevant localities and units to proactively respond to storm KOINU in the northeastern sea of the Philippines.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, storm KOINU in the sea northeast of Luzon Island of the Philippines, the strongest wind near the storm center is level 15, gusting over level 17, moving northwest at about 10km/h.
