Guarantee for enterprises investing in high-tech agricultural zones

Mr. Pham Huu Nhuong, Deputy Head of the Management Board of the HCM City High-Tech Agricultural Park (HNCNC TP.HCM) said that in 2013, the HCM City High-Tech Agricultural Park will consider providing guarantees for investment enterprises before completing legal procedures.

At the same time, the Management Board of the HCM City Industrial Zone will propose to the HCM City People's Committee to impose many sanctions on investors who do not fulfill their investment obligations. Contractors can also sue legal organizations if they cause damage to themselves during the investment process.

Currently, the Ho Chi Minh City Agricultural and Rural Development Zone has attracted 11 investment projects in high-tech agricultural production with a total investment of more than VND 390 billion in the following fields: plant variety production; orchid, ornamental plant and flower production; safe vegetable production; mushroom and medicinal plant production; and production of biological products for agriculture./.
