Recently, HNMO received an official dispatch from the Television Advertising and Services Center - TVAd (Vietnam Television Station) regarding the reception and broadcasting of the World Football Championship (FIFA World Cup 2014).

The document stated: After receiving requests from a number of units to continue broadcasting matches at the 2014 FIFA World Cup, TVAd contacted the copyright partner (MP&Silva) and FIFA to work on the detailed conditions involved. Accordingly, FIFA stated that the broadcasting units are only TV stations, not including websites and electronic newspapers.

Previously, on May 16, 2014, TVAd also sent an official dispatch to HNMO informing: units that need to broadcast matches at the 2014 FIFA World Cup need to contact TVAd for consideration and approval according to the following specific requirements:

- Continue broadcasting intact, without adding or removing any advertising elements or images or sounds (in any form) to the structure of VTV's match broadcast program, including

+ Pre-match program (including accompanying program, match commentary, advertising): About 40 minutes.

+ First half signal: About 45 minutes.

+ Commentary and advertising between halves: 15 minutes.

+ Second half signal: About 45 minutes.

+ Post-match program (including accompanying program, match commentary, advertising): about 30 minutes. Total broadcast time: About 180 minutes.
