Nghe An Electronic Newspaper opens and officially operates

During the implementation process, the Editorial Board, together with the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Department of Finance, and the Department of Planning and Investment, surveyed the experience of organizing electronic newspaper activities in Thanh Hoa, Ha Tay, Thai Nguyen, Da Nang, New Hanoi, and Quang Ninh, in order to draw the most effective lessons when officially putting Nghe An Electronic Newspaper on the Internet.
During the preparation and trial launch process, Nghe An Electronic Newspaper has received support and acceptance from readers at home and abroad such as the US, Canada, France, Malaysia, the Czech Republic, Russia, etc. According to a foreign website specializing in statistics and ranking websites in the world, in early September 2007, Nghe An Electronic Newspaper ranked 980,000 out of 3 billion websites, and today it has reached 720,000, and in just 3 months, Nghe An Electronic Newspaper has surpassed 260,000 other websites.
