At the conference of cadres and party members of Nghe An Newspaper, comrade Chu Ba Long - Head of the Propaganda Department and comrade Le Thi Kim Oanh - Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee's CCQ bloc conveyed the basic contents of the Central Resolution 6.
