Nghe An Newspaper and Department of Information and Communications: Signing of propaganda coordination regulations
(Baonghean.vn) - As part of the joint propaganda program between Nghe An Newspaper and the Department of Information and Communications, on the afternoon of May 22, 2014, the two agencies signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to implement the column "People ask - Authorities answer".
Attending the meeting were comrade Ho Quang Thanh - Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Information and Communications, Pham Thi Hong Toan - Provincial Party Committee member, Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper.

The “People ask - Authorities answer” column has been jointly implemented by the two agencies since April 2014. Up to now, two programs have been produced and have created positive social effects. This program is produced in the form of television, posted on the Nghe An Electronic Information Portal under the Department of Information and Communications and Nghe An Electronic Newspaper. The program's content closely follows political events, current events of the province, and issues of public concern. Based on receiving and synthesizing feedback and questions from the people, the two sides invited leaders of state management agencies and experts in various fields to participate in the program to answer and clarify the opinions of the people.

At the meeting, the leaders of the Department of Information and Communications and the Editorial Board of Nghe An Newspaper discussed and agreed on related issues. These were the contents, implementation methods and duration of the monthly program, the duration of each section. The two units also agreed to assign tasks to each subcommittee, department and member directly producing the program. According to the plan, the Section will initially produce 2 issues per month and will increase depending on practical needs.
