Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh - Executive Director of SLNA Club said: On the morning of August 17, 2011, Vinh Stadium Organizing Committee held a meeting and deployed tasks before the match with the participation of police and military forces. To thoroughly implement the task of ensuring security and order for the match, especially we predict that the number of spectators coming to the stadium to watch this match will be overloaded.
In order to avoid the same mistake of the Vinh Stadium wall collapsing in the match between SLNA and Dong Thap in the 1997 season and the Nghe An fans flooding Thong Nhat Stadium in the first leg match between SLNA and N.SG, the ticket issuance plan must be in accordance with the regulations and capacity of the stadium.
