For more than 2 months now, all officers and soldiers of Dao Mat (Nghe An) have been informed and thoroughly informed by the Party Committee and unit commanders about the regulations on the election of the 13th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2011-2016 term.

For the first time exercising his rights and duties as a citizen, soldier Luong Van Linh was very proud and spent time carefully studying the candidates' biographies to choose and elect the right person with virtue and talent to represent the legitimate interests of the people. Implementing the directives and resolutions of Military Region 4 and the Military Command of Nghe An province, the Party Committee and commanders of the Dao Mat Battalion have focused on promoting propaganda about the content and significance of this election.
