On-site inspection using mobile scales determined that all violating vehicles exceeded the allowable load by 20-50%, the lightest vehicle was up to 50 tons.
Although the initial inspection determined that the vehicles were overloaded, the drivers were uncooperative with the authorities and refused to sign the minutes, forcing the authorities to take the convoy back to the Do Luong district weigh station for re-inspection. Only then did the drivers admit to overloading.
In particular, at the time of inspection, the drivers could not present the origin of the goods.
The case is currently being investigated by the police.
