Arrested 2 subjects stealing cows
(Baonghean.vn) - At 7:00 p.m. on October 13, Ky Son District Police caught two suspects, Ho Va Xu (born in 1975) and Va Ba Va (born in 1992, both residing in Tien Tieu village, Nam Can commune, Ky Son district), red-handed for theft of property, and seized three cows.
At the police station, the two suspects Xu and Va confessed that these were three cows captured in the border area between Tien Tieu village, Nam Can commune, Ky Son and Nam Cu village, Pha Ven, Noong Het (Laos) on October 9.
The police continue to investigate and verify to return the cow to the victim.
