(Baonghean.vn) - The Drug Crime Investigation Police Department said it has just successfully broken up case 117T, arrested 2 subjects for illegal drug trafficking, seized 8 heroin cakes and many related evidences.
Previously, at 7:00 p.m. on August 19, at the inter-village road in Hamlet 9, Xuan Son Commune, Do Luong, the police force caught two subjects red-handed: Hoang Van Quang (born in 1973), residing in Xuan Bui Hamlet, Xuan Son Commune, Do Luong and Ha Ba Hua (born in 1989), residing in Ta Ca Commune, Ky Son District, transporting 8 heroin cakes, 1,000 USD, 3 phones. The subjects used 2 motorbikes as means of committing crimes.

This is a drug trafficking ring that illegally buys and sells large quantities of drugs from Laos to Nghe An and then transports them to the southern provinces for consumption. The method of operation is sophisticated and cunning, causing many difficulties in detecting and arresting them.
