Arrested 2 subjects illegally using drugs
(Baonghean.vn) - At 10:15 p.m. on January 14, at room 604 - Bao Nam hotel (located on Truong Chinh street, Le Loi ward, Vinh city), the Special Forces Team of PC 64 of the Provincial Police arrested Tran Xuan Hieu (born in 1994, residing in Vinh Yen block, Dong Vinh ward) and Tran Cong Kien (born in 1974, residing in block 4, Truong Thi ward) for illegal use of drugs, confiscating a set of drug use tools still containing white crystals suspected to be crystal meth.
