Arrested 2 subjects illegally using drugs
(Baonghean.vn) -At 1:00 a.m. on January 10, Ha Huy Tap Ward Police arrested two subjects Nguyen Xuan Truong (born in 1986, residing in Tan Tien block, Hung Binh ward) and Nguyen Tien Chuong (born in 1993, residing in block 6, Le Loi ward) for illegal use of drugs, and seized a set of tools for using crystal meth.
