Arrested 3 human traffickers, rescued 2 victims
(Baonghean.vn) -After a period of undercover investigation and with the help of the masses, at around 7:00 a.m. on September 7, 2013, Nghe An Border Guard forces coordinated with Quang Ninh Border Guard forces to arrest 3 human traffickers and rescue 2 victims.
The three subjects were identified as Lo Van Binh, born in 1983, registered permanent residence in Khe Nan village, Chieu Luu commune (Ky Son, Nghe An); Luong Van Doi, born in 1976, residing in Dinh Huong village, Tam Dinh commune (Tuong Duong) and Luong Thi Ai, born in 1985, residing in Tam Lien village, Tam Quang commune (Tuong Duong).

3 subjects were caught red-handed by the Border Guard Station of Nam Can International Border Gate, Ngoc Lam Border Guard Station, the Drug Crime Prevention Force of Nghe An Border Guard in coordination with the Border Guard of Quang Ninh.at km3 of the border area in zone 7, Hai Yen ward, Mong Cai town, Quang Ninh while trying to take two victims Vi Thi Min, born in 1989 and Kha Thi Hoa, born in 1990, both residing in Lap village, Ngoc Lam commune (Thanh Chuong, Nghe An) to illegally cross the border to China.
Through investigation, it is known that the subjects often target ethnic girls with the trick of luring the victims to China to get married, have a happy life or if not married, work for a high salary. This is the third human trafficking case that the Nghe An border guards coordinated to destroy in the first days of September 2013.
The case is currently being further investigated by Nghe An border guards.
