At 5:00 p.m. on April 20, the Blue Ear Disease Prevention Committee of Xuan Thanh Commune and the commune police discovered that Nguyen Cong Hoa, born in 1974, residing in Hamlet 10, Van Thanh Commune, had bought and sold 13 pigs weighing more than 400 kg from two families, Nguyen Canh Bang and Thai Duy Thinh, residing in Hamlet 9, Xuan Thanh Commune.
This is the fourth time Xuan Thanh commune has caught people buying, selling, and transporting pigs in an epidemic area with 26 pigs weighing more than 700 kg.
