Start accepting university admission applications from March 15

According to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, the time for collecting application documents and registration fees according to the system of the departments will start from March 15 and end at 5:00 p.m. on April 16, 2012.

At high schools, in order to promptly detect student errors and submit them to the department's system, the application collection period usually ends about a week in advance.

After April 16, candidates can submit their applications directly to the universities and colleges that organize the exam. The time for receiving applications from the schools starts from April 17 and ends at 5:00 p.m. on April 23, 2012.

Students studying in grade 12 of high school at which school submit their application and exam registration fee at that school.

Other subjects submit application documents and registration fees at locations specified by the Department of Education and Training. These locations do not collect application documents and registration fees from students currently in grade 12.

The Ministry of Education and Training requires its affiliated departments and schools not to change the deadline or end the receipt of application documents and registration fees before or after the prescribed deadline.

The application file includes a file bag, form number 1, form number 2 (form number 1 is kept by the Department of Education and Training. Form number 2 is kept by the candidate and used in necessary cases); 3 portrait photos measuring 4x6cm taken within 6 months from the date of application submission; 3 envelopes with stamps clearly stating the candidate's full name, address and phone number; a valid copy of the priority certificate (if any).

Candidates wishing to study at universities or colleges that do not organize entrance exams or at colleges of universities need to submit a photocopy of the front of the application form No. 1.

So, there are only 10 days left before the application process begins. Candidates need to carefully research information about the schools before registering.

This year, the Ministry of Education and Training has decided not to participate in printing the book “Things to know about university and college admissions” as every year, but will provide it on the Ministry’s website.
