Arrested for selling 2 women to China for 150 million VND
(Baonghean.vn) - Police determined that Ngan Van Hien had organized the sale of two women, both residing in Cham Puong village, Luong Minh commune (Tuong Duong), to China for 150 million VND.
In early 2017, through investigation work in the area, Tuong Duong District Police discovered a number of subjects with suspicious signs of human trafficking.

Among them is Ngan Van Hien (born in 1995, residing in Cham Puong village, Luong Minh commune, Tuong Duong district). Faced with that situation, Tuong Duong district police established project 317N to fight.
Through verification, the Investigation Committee determined that Ngan Van Hien had organized the sale of two women, both residing in Cham Puong village, Luong Minh commune, Tuong Duong district, to China for 150 million VND.
However, from January 2017 to July 2017, Ngan Van Hien fled the locality. Using professional measures, on July 13, 2017, knowing that the subject had returned to the locality and showed signs of continuing to commit crimes, the task force decided to solve the case and arrest the subject.
At the investigation agency of Tuong Duong District Police, the subject confessed to organizing the human trafficking to China for profit. The case is currently being investigated and expanded.
