Previously, on October 18, 2012, Mac Van Quan (born in 1969, residing in Huoi Thum village, Na Ngoi, Ky Son) sold his biological child Mac Thi Quy (born in 1989) and niece Cut Thi Huong (born in 1990) to an unknown person for 27 million VND.
