On November 3, Ba Don Town Police (Quang Binh) are completing the case file to prosecute Nguyen Manh Hung (24 years old) for buying and selling dangerous support tools.

At the end of October, authorities caught Hung selling a stun gun. When they searched his residence, they seized another stun gun, seven cans of pepper spray, nine knives, machetes, and iron bars.

Hung said he bought the goods in Quang Ninh province and then brought them home to hide. On social media, Hung advertised each sword for 500,000-700,000 VND, pepper spray for 300,000-500,000 VND, and electric guns for 1.2 to 1.5 million VND.
