Arrested subject who used knife to slash deputy commune police officer
On July 23, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tuyen, Deputy Police Chief of Phu Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District, was sitting drinking water when suddenly a masked man rushed in and slashed him with a knife. Mr. Tuyen had to go to the emergency room. After the incident, Yen Thanh District Police got involved and found the perpetrator, Nguyen Huu Quynh. Currently, Yen Thanh District Police are continuing to investigate to clarify the cause and motive of this subject.
