Arrest of subjects forging seals and documents

(Baonghean) - On March 13, Vinh City Police said they are struggling to resume the investigation into the act of "Forging seals and documents of agencies and organizations" against Tran Hong Lam (born in 1942), residing in My Hau hamlet, Hung Dong commune, Vinh City. Previously, at 12:00 noon on March 10, in Hung Dung ward, Vinh City, the Vinh City Police Working Group arrested Tran Hong Lam, a wanted subject, wanted by the Criminal Enforcement Agency of the Provincial Police on January 16 for the crime of "Forging seals and documents of agencies and organizations".
