Arrest of subjects illegally storing and using military weapons

(Baonghean) -At 7:00 p.m. on January 4, 2012, My Ly Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) in coordination with local authorities arrested Luong Pho Tha (also known as Bun), born in 1965, residing in Pha Tu, Bac Ly commune, Ky Son district, with a CKC rifle, gun number 94429, 4 K56 bullets, and a flintlock gun.

Previously, on November 29, 2011, at Pha Tu village, Bac Ly commune, Tha used a chisel to stab Moong Pho Lit, born in 1982, in the same village, in the face, forcing Lit to go to the commune health station for stitches. Tha then escaped to his field and threatened to shoot anyone who entered the field.

My Ly Border Guard Station has decided to prosecute the criminal case and hand over the suspect and evidence to Ky Son district police for handling.
