After receiving the information, Quynh Luu district police promptly conducted verification, coordinated with Quynh Xuan commune police to discover and arrest Le Tien Minh (born in 1988, residing in the same commune), the subject who stole Mr. Xa's cow. Through the struggle, the subject confessed that he had brought the cow to hamlet 21, Quynh Vinh commune, and marked it on the hill. Currently, Quynh Luu district police have recovered the cow and returned it to Mr. Xa's family and temporarily detained Le Tien Minh for investigation and handling.
