Arresting professional dog thief

(Baonghean.vn) -At noon on December 13, 2012, Tran Huu Phuoc, born in 1992, residing in Hamlet 7, Nghi Thach, Nghi Loc, along with 3 other people, went to Hamlet 22, Nghi Phong, Nghi Loc to steal dogs. They were discovered by the people. Tran Huu Phuoc was arrested and the other 3 people fled.

At the investigation agency, Tran Huu Phuoc confessed that at noon on December 13, 2012, Phuoc, along with Phung Ba Bao, born in 1993, Nguyen Duc Phuoc, born in 1992, both residing in Hamlet 7, and Nguyen Van Khanh, born in 1995, residing in Hamlet 9, Nghi Thach, Nghi Loc, went to release dog poison. They went to Cua Lo town and caught 2 dogs and sold them to Ms. Dang Thi Mai, born in 1977, residing in Hamlet 5, Nghi Long, Nghi Loc for 1,300,000 VND. At about 2:30 p.m. the same day, all 4 subjects went to the road opposite Nghi Huong market to release dog poison, caught another dog and sold it to Ms. Mai for 700,000 VND. When searching Dang Thi Mai's house, the investigation agency seized 9 dead dogs weighing 95kg.

Currently, Nghi Loc district police are continuing to investigate and arrest the remaining suspects.
