Arrest of especially dangerous wanted person

(Baonghean.vn) - The Drug Crime Investigation Department of Nghe An Province Police has just arrested Truong Ngoc Duong (born in 1974), with permanent residence at 46 Nguyen Quoc Tri Street, Hung Binh Ward (Vinh City), a particularly dangerous wanted subject, wanted by Hanoi City Police in 2011 for the crime of illegal production of drugs.

After a long time of being pursued by the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department of the Provincial Police, at around 5:00 p.m. on March 2, 2014, using professional measures, the Task Force determined that Truong Ngoc Duong was present in Hung Binh Ward (Vinh City), so they coordinated with Hung Binh Ward Police to successfully pursue this particularly dangerous fugitive.

Previously, in 2011, Duong went to Hanoi to collude with some people to organize the production of crystal meth and was wanted by Hanoi Police. During his time on the run, Duong wandered around Nghe An, Ho Chi Minh City and frequently changed locations to avoid being caught by the authorities. It is known that Truong Ngoc Duong also has a previous conviction for intentionally causing injury in 2005.
