The Drug Crime Investigation Department, Nghe An Provincial Police, has just discovered and arrested a subject illegally trading 4,000 synthetic drug pills.

At 00:15 on December 18, 2019, at Block 1, Muong Xen Town, Ky Son District, Nghe An Province, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police in coordination with Ky Son District Police caught Lu Duc Tao (born in 1974), residing in Yen Na Commune, Tuong Duong District, in the act of illegally buying and selling drugs. The authorities seized 4,000 synthetic drug pills, 1 phone and 1 motorbike.
At the investigation agency, Lu Duc Tao confessed to all his crimes. Tao is also a long-term drug addict, with two previous convictions for "Illegal possession of narcotics". The case is currently being further investigated by the authorities.
