On September 15, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department temporarily detained Tran Dinh Tien (45 years old, residing in District 7, Director of Dat Thinh Company Limited - headquartered on Nguyen Thi Thap Street, Binh Thuan Ward, District 7), Pham Minh Tam (31 years old, residing in Quang Nam) and Nguyen Thanh Hoai (35 years old, residing in District 9) to investigate and clarify the act of stealing telecommunications fees.

Previously, on September 13, the authorities inspected Dat Thinh Company Limited and two other addresses, including: No. 30 (Road 12, Binh Hung Hoa Ward, Binh Tan District) and No. 82/1/1 (KP7, Tan Hung Thuan Ward, District 12) and caught the above people red-handed committing telecommunications theft.
