Seized 12 thousand chicken eggs of unknown origin

(Baonghean) -Market Management Team No. 1 of Dien Chau has just coordinated with Traffic Police 5-1 (Nghe An Provincial Police) to arrest a case of transporting 12,000 chicken eggs of unknown origin from Hanoi through Dien Chau area.

Handing over the exhibits to Dien Chau Veterinary Station

On October 19, after receiving information from the public about the transportation of a large quantity of chicken eggs by passenger bus passing through the area, Market Management Team No. 1 coordinated with Traffic Police 5-1 (Nghe An Provincial Police) to inspect the passenger bus with license plate 73L 8281 running from Hanoi to Quang Binh.

Upon inspection, 12,000 chicken eggs were found without invoices or documents proving their origin. The vehicle owner admitted to transporting the eggs for a person in Hanoi to Quang Binh for consumption. The Market Management Team made a record of temporary confiscation and handed over the 12,000 chicken eggs to Dien Chau Veterinary Station for destruction./.
