Arrested 2 subjects trafficking in crystal meth paraphernalia

(Baonghean) -At 1:45 a.m. on August 12, while on patrol duty in the Tay Sam Lake area (opposite the Vinh Bus Station gate), the patrol team of Hung Binh Ward Police (Vinh City) discovered and caught red-handed two subjects Nguyen Thi Phu, born in 1965, residing in Block 5, Le Loi Ward (Vinh City) and Pham Thi Hue, born in 1980, residing in Tan Yen Block, Hung Binh Ward (Vinh City) for the act of trading in drug paraphernalia in the form of crystal meth (cracked meth).

2 subjects and evidence were seized.

Conducting an inspection on the carts of these two subjects, the police force seized 29 glass cups used for using crystal meth; 30 gas lighters used for blowtorches; 40 mini gas cylinders; 100 plastic pipes; 15 syringes; 15 tubes of distilled water; 18 mobile phones along with a number of diplomas, certificates, motorbike registrations and driving licenses. According to initial statements, these tools are often sold to crystal meth users.

Currently, Hung Binh Ward Police are completing the file for processing.
