Arrested 2 subjects for illegal possession and trafficking of drugs with many criminal records
(Baonghean.vn) - Nguyen Cao Nguyen and Tran Van Quan are two subjects with many criminal records and are very cunning when dealing with the authorities.
On April 27, 2022, Hung Nguyen District Police said that they were temporarily detaining Nguyen Cao Nguyen for illegal drug trafficking and Tran Van Quan for illegal drug possession.

Previously, at around 1:00 p.m. on April 24, 2022, Hung Nguyen District Police arrested Tran Van Quan (born in 1988), residing in Hung Thinh Commune, Hung Nguyen District, for illegal possession of drugs. The seized evidence was 0.595 grams of heroin.
Conducting an extended investigation, at around 5 p.m. the same day, Hung Nguyen District Police coordinated with Vinh Tan Ward Police, Vinh City to arrest Nguyen Cao Nguyen (born in 1988), residing in Vinh Tan Ward, Vinh City, for illegal drug trafficking; confiscated 171 grams of various drugs (heroin, ketamine, ecstasy...).

According to the police, the two above-mentioned subjects both have a "long" criminal record and are under the management of the police. Of which, Quan has 2 previous convictions for theft of property and disturbing public order. As for Nguyen, this is a notorious subject in Vinh city, with 3 previous convictions for illegal drug trafficking and theft of property.

Nguyen's sophistication and cunning is shown in the fact that, in order to avoid being monitored and detected by the police, Nguyen built a system of "underlings" with the aim of "reversely" monitoring the activities of the investigation agency. Nguyen's residence is also located in a deep alley and has only one single road to enter and exit.
