At around 7:00 p.m. on February 9, at the intersection of National Highway 46 and Le Nin Avenue, in Nghi Phu Commune (Vinh City), a working group of Cua Lo Town Police discovered and caught red-handed Nguyen Ngoc Son (born in 1997), residing in Hamlet 6 (Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City) transporting and trading fireworks.

Nguyen Ngoc Son confessed that through Facebook, he had agreed to sell 2.9 kg of fireworks for 2.1 million VND. During the course of his actions, Son was discovered and arrested.
