Arrest of driver who caused an accident and fled

At 5:30 p.m. on July 10, on National Highway 1A, passing through Dien Ngoc Commune, Dien Chau District, a tragic accident occurred, killing a 3-year-old child on the spot, while the father and two other children were seriously injured. The cause was a tractor-trailer truck traveling north, suddenly collided with a motorbike traveling in the same direction with license plate 37 U1-9066.
