Accordingly, at the above time, while on duty on National Highway 7, in Dien Phuc commune, Dien Chau district, the working group discovered a truck with license plate 37C-11539, driven by Cao Dang Hoa, born in 1971, residing in hamlet 7, Dien Loc commune, showing suspicious signs.

The task force asked to stop the vehicle for inspection, and discovered that the vehicle was carrying 34 pigs. Driver Cao Dang Hoa could not present any documents proving the origin and animal quarantine of the pigs.

According to the driver's initial declaration, these pigs were caught at Mr. Tang Dinh Quy's farm in hamlet 6, Dien Dong commune, Dien Chau district and were being transported to communes in the district for consumption when they were discovered.

The working group made a record, seized the above pigs, and handed them over to Dien Chau Veterinary Station to complete the documents and handle them according to the provisions of law./.
