Vehicle with Lao license plate seized for transporting bear paw and turtle

Accordingly, at 2:15 p.m. on August 4, 2015, the working group of the Dien Chau District Traffic Police Station coordinated with the Nghi Loc District Traffic Police to temporarily detain and inspect a car with Lao license plate UN-6968 driven by Phan Anh Hieu (born in 1983), residing in Hamlet 7, Dien Ky Commune, Dien Chau District, Nghe An Province. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the car contained 16 turtles weighing 32.4 kg and 4 bear paws weighing 12.4 kg.
