Arrest of truck carrying goods of unknown origin
(Baonghean.vn) - This morning, December 1, the Economic-Drug Team, Quynh Luu District Police (Nghe An) arrested a truck carrying goods of unknown origin on its way to be sold.

Accordingly, at around 5:00 a.m. on December 1, the Economic-Drug Team, Quynh Luu District Police, in coordination with the Traffic Police Team, inspected a truck with license plate 37C-05293 driven by Le Xuan Hao (residing in Hung Nhan Commune, Hung Nguyen District, Nghe An) traveling on National Highway 1A from Hanoi to Vinh. Upon inspection, Quynh Luu District Police discovered that the vehicle was carrying more than 60 different items of goods, including clothes, electronics, speakers, hairdressing supplies, etc., all without origin or documents of origin as prescribed. The total value of the goods was approximately 100 million VND.

According to the driver’s initial statement, the goods were hired by 12 owners to be transported from Hanoi to Vinh market and some neighboring areas for consumption. However, before the goods could be distributed, they were arrested by the Quynh Luu police force.
Currently, Quynh Luu police are continuing to investigate and clarify the case.
