Arresting a specialist thief in state agencies
Nguyen Khanh Hung (30 years old) stole phones and money from colleagues and committed crimes at several state agencies.

According to authorities, after graduating from university and graduate school, Hung was recruited into the accounting department of the Hoai Duc District Medical Center (Hanoi), then transferred to the Ngai Cau Medical Center.
In mid-May, this suspect stole a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge from a female colleague at the Emergency Room. At noon on July 24, he stole a computer CPU and sold it for VND300,000 at the Pediatric Clinic. On the same day, he stole a wallet containing VND2.3 million from another female colleague. Nearly 10 days later, Hung stole a CPU and a computer monitor from his office.
In addition to the above thefts, Hung dressed smartly and entered government offices to commit crimes. He often avoided security cameras and observed offices. Hung entered any room that was open, pretending to ask questions or apologize for "entering by mistake". When he saw no one, he rummaged through the property.
On August 20, Hung went to the Nam Tu Liem District Party Committee and stole an iPhone 5 SE, iPhone 6 Plus, and a leather wallet containing more than 2 million VND. Three days later, he went to the Hanoi Land Registration Center - Bac Tu Liem Branch and stole an iPhone 7 Plus from an officer working there.
Authorities are investigating Hung's theft while working at the Hoai Duc District Medical Center.
