Emergency arrest of two young men stealing cows and trafficking heroin

(Baonghean.vn)- Ky Son district police have just arrested a subject for illegally storing drugs and stealing cows from local people.

Subject Vi Van Thuy

At around 11pm on April 27, the Ky Son District Police Working Group coordinated with the Huu Kiem Commune Police Department to patrol the Huoi Tho village area, Huu Kiem commune, and discovered Vi Van Thuy (born in 1993), residing in this village, showing many suspicious signs.

During the inspection, Thuy was found to be illegally storing 8 packages of heroin on her person. Thuy confessed that she was looking for a place to sell the heroin when she was arrested by the police.

Subject Cu Ba Lenh

Also on April 27, Ky Son District Police arrested Cu Ba Lenh (born in 1990), residing in Pha Xac village, Huoi Tu commune, for theft of property. Specifically, Cu Ba Lenh stole a cow from a villager and was arrested before he could sell it.

The police have returned the seized property to the family of the thief.
