Emergency arrest of Head of Representative Office of Saigon Investment Joint Stock Company in Hanoi
On the afternoon of September 7, the Security Investigation Agency, Ministry of Public Security, issued an emergency arrest warrant and temporary detention order for Nguyen Duy Hung (37 years old, current residence: Room 205 A2, Carpet Collective Area, 155 Dang Tien Dong, Group 20B Trung Liet, Dong Da, Hanoi), Head of the Representative Office of Saigon Investment Joint Stock Company in Hanoi, for the act of "Appropriating State secret documents" according to Article 263 - Penal Code.
On the same afternoon, the Security Investigation Agency, Ministry of Public Security, issued an emergency arrest warrant and temporary detention order for Nguyen Thi Bich Trang (35 years old, current residence 125/51A Au Duong Lan, Ward 2, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City), an administrative employee of Tan Tao Investment and Industry Joint Stock Company, for the act of "Abusing democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the State, the rights and legitimate interests of organizations and citizens" according to Article 258 - Penal Code.
Authorities are investigating the conclusion to handle according to the law.
