(Baonghean.vn)- On September 8, Nam Dan District Police said that the unit had arrested and was completing the case file to prosecute the accused Lo Thi Minh (born in 1972), residing in Yen Khe commune, Con Cuong district, for the act of prostitution brokerage.

Previously, in early August 2015, Lo Thi Minh had a romantic relationship and lived together as husband and wife with a subject in Nam Dan town. Here, the two discussed opening a prostitution den to earn money for personal expenses. Because they knew each other before when they were still working as prostitutes at Xuan Thanh beach (Ha Tinh), Lo Thi Minh contacted 2 subjects from Tan Ky district to join the den managed by Minh. Every time a customer had a need, Minh planned to arrange a location, sometimes at her house, sometimes at a motel for the subjects to buy and sell sex.

The amount of money for each time going with a client was from 100,000 to 150,000 VND, which was agreed to be divided 50/50. However, this activity was discovered and caught red-handed by the police when Minh was brokering for 2 couples to buy and sell sex.
