On the afternoon of April 15, information from the Krong Pak District Police, Dak Lak Province said that the unit is temporarily detaining Le Duc Phuong (born in 1995, residing in Phuoc Tan 2 village, Ea Kuang commune, Krong Pak district) to investigate and clarify the acts of "Theft of property" and "Robbery of property".
Previously, on the afternoon of April 12, Ms. Dao Thi Hoa (residing in Krong Buk commune, Krong Pak district) went to the district police to report that while driving a motorbike on the road, a young man driving a motorbike in the same direction approached her and robbed her cell phone from her pocket.
Krong Pak District Police immediately deployed units to hotly pursue the suspect. And just after 1 hour, the police force arrested Le Duc Phuong when he was driving the stolen motorbike to commit the crime on his way home.
At the Investigation Agency, suspect Le Duc Phuong confessed: on the afternoon of April 12, after drinking at a friend's house, while waiting for his friend to pick him up to continue drinking, Phuong discovered a local's motorbike parked on the edge of the field, with the key on the motorbike, so he stole it. On the way, Phuong discovered a woman driving a motorbike, with a cell phone exposed in her pocket, so Phuong accelerated the motorbike closer, stole the phone, and quickly escaped.
