Arresting a group of 'female monsters' specializing in stealing tourists' property

On July 14, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that Sam Son City Police had just investigated, clarified and arrested 3 subjects specializing in stealing tourists' property.

The arrested subjects include: Nguyen Thi Loan (born in 1956), Nguyen Thi Lan (born in 1973), both in Lang Son city, Lang Son province and Nguyen Thi Thoa (born in 1961) in Dong Da, Hanoi.

The group of 'female monsters' were arrested.

Initial investigation results of the Criminal Police Department show that these three “female monsters” are all professional thieves with many criminal records for theft and robbery. They often take advantage of people’s carelessness in tourist areas and public places across the country to steal property.

In Sam Son city, taking advantage of the summer tourist season when many tourists come to visit, swim and relax, these 3 subjects invited each other to rent a house and find ways to steal tourists' property.

Seized evidence.

These subjects have continuously caused dozens of thefts of property of tourists and residents. Searching the subjects' residence, the police force seized 12 mobile phones that the subjects had just stolen, 97 million VND in cash and many other related evidences.

Sam Son City Police are continuing to investigate and expand the case.
