At 3:00 p.m. on August 11, on National Highway 7, in Dien Phuc Commune, Dien Chau Traffic Police discovered two subjects riding a tractor carrying three bags of beef intestines weighing 300 kg and emitting a foul odor. The two subjects abandoned the goods and fled.

The beef offal was rotten.

Previously, at 7:00 p.m. on August 10, on National Highway 1A, in Quynh Luu district, after checking a passenger car with license plate 37B 01290 driven by Nguyen Ba Cuong in Quynh Vinh commune, Quynh Luu district, the authorities discovered that the car was carrying 4 foam boxes containing 240 kg of chicken heads.

The entire shipment had no quarantine papers. The driver admitted to transporting the goods for hire from Hanoi to Quynh Luu for sale.
