During the investigation period, the Social Order Investigation Police Department established Project 615T to combat crimes of motorbike theft and property theft in people's homes in Vinh city. On July 2, the Social Order Investigation Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police issued an emergency arrest warrant for 5 subjects including: Nguyen Duong Trinh (born in 1992), residing in Hamlet 2, Thanh Thuy, Thanh Chuong; Ngo Quang Cuong (born in 1993), residing in Hoa Hop Village, Vo Liet, Thanh Chuong; Tran Van Hai (born in 1992), residing in Hamlet 1, Thanh Thuy, Thanh Chuong; Nguyen Thanh Tuan (born in 1987), residing in Hamlet 9, Ngoc Son Commune, Thanh Chuong and Phan Thi Huyen (born in 1990), residing in Hamlet 2, Vo Liet Commune, Thanh Chuong, Nghe An Province for the acts of motorbike theft, safe theft and consumption of stolen property. The seized items included three motorbikes that the suspects had just stolen. These suspects had previous convictions for theft and receiving stolen property.
