Specifically, the two subjects collected and attached false information, then tried to spread propaganda and incitement on the Internet. Not stopping there, these subjects also organized the printing of thousands of leaflets, then distributed them on many roads in industrial parks in Binh Duong, to call on and incite people, especially workers in industrial parks, to quit their jobs and protest, in order to disrupt security and order.
